Met Madrid has a great location, it is easy to find, close to the Opera station. The place was very clean, the employees are kind and gave us great advice about the city. I would stay there again.

It offers modern and bright, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs and parquet floors. All rooms are heated and soundproofed and come with a private bathroom with a hairdryer, shower and free toiletries. Everything, the room was very good (we've been given a better one with no price increase, as there were some free) and clean, the bed was comfortable, but I want to give a special mention to Rosita, she has been extremely kind and professional with us all the time, she went above and beyond her job. She made the difference.

Some rooms offer views of the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and the Sabatini Gardens. Big clean room with AC and mini fridge. A bottle of complementary Cava and two bottles of water were waiting for us. Alina, the receptionist, was a delight, upgraded our room and provided a map of the city. Overal a great stay.
