The room felt surprisingly spacious and had everything you need. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. The rooms were cleaned every day. The A/C was powerful but not noisy. The lack of breakfast was not a problem as there are many options to eat nearby. Ana on the reception was very welcoming and helpful. In San Sebastien is almost impossible to find a hotel with a good reviews without spending ridicules amount of money, so this hotel was a real find and we will be more than happy to stay there again.

Juanjo and his family are incredible hosts - wonderfully helpful and full of interesting information about the region and things to do in the surrounds. It’s amazing to have the local knowledge from them when you arrive to help you figure out what you’d like to do during your stay. We absolutely fell in love with this place and would highly recommend it. Eskerrikasko!
