Our upstairs room had lots of space, very clean and mostly quiet (just dogs and other neighbourhood noises). We were in Banos when there was a lot of rain, our travel was cancelled a day and both Elaina and Christina made it very clear we would be welcome to use the hotel as a place to be until the road was opened again. We stayed one more night in the end and couldn't be happier. For the price this hotel exceeds expectations, we highly recommend.
