A recently renovated guest house, 3F Apartments offers accommodation in Leticia. This guest house provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms. I Like everything, the room, furniture, kitchen and air conditioner; the location was key for us and the owner is the best host I ever had.

Puerto Nariño

Located in Puerto Nariño, Maiku Amazonas-Puerto Nariño offers accommodation with seating area. With city views, this accommodation provides a patio. Extra facilities include a shared kitchen, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. Had an amazing stay. The place is really nice and has terrific views on the Amazon river. Señor Israel was an amazing host. He also put me in contact with a great guide, Alex, who took very good care of us and made us discover many wonders of the area. Highly recommend both the accommodation and the activities and excusions with Alex !

La Ceiba, Amazonas

Leticia

Located in Leticia in the Amazonas region, La Ceiba, Amazonas has a garden. The property features river and garden views. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace.

At the guest house, every unit has a wardrobe. Ceiba is an amazing place with wonderful host and crew. We stayed in a house with 2 bathrooms (2 adults+3 teens), where additional 4 people would easily fit in, surrounded by trees, garden, sounds of birds, selva and the community. For light sleepers ear plugs necessary, as the “nature”wakes up early. As we went to bed early, we didn’t mind it at all. we could observe from our terrace birds and monkeys. The trips were great and informative, guides from indigenous tribes helped to gain their perspective- for us it was an unforgettable experience. Be aware (for trips in July): - - it is hot and humid, moskitos are present, so dress respectively - long sleeve and long pants, but airy, breathable; great are zip-off pants for the moments “in between” on the boat, in the restaurant during the whole day excursions; we have changed clothes twice a day due to humidity and run out of clean ones fast (it is not easy to dry anything quickly!) - - La Ceiba provides rain boots for selva walks (!), you don’t need trekking shoes - - 20th July is Colombian Independence Day-we were in Puerto Narino that day, which was great as people from all communities came to celebrate - - take a walk in the community of Mocagua, visit the museum where you can touch and try almost everything and hear about life and habits/traditions of Tikuna: for kids (but also adults) from Europe it is Discovery Channel Live. - - our plane from Bogota was 2 hours late, so we’ve missed the public transport. It was not easy to find a reliable private boat among dozen people offering services - we finally found an agency next door to the public transport office- same price as offers at the shore, but we felt safer. On the way back we opted for private transfer too (the journey takes 1/2 of the time and you set the hour by yourself) organized by Ceiba- it was cheaper than that one from Leticia and the boat was 100x nicer, so if you opt for private transfer my recommendation is plan this ahead with La Ceiba

Casa do Xingú

Leticia

Casa do Xingú provides rooms in Leticia. This homestay offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The homestay features family rooms.

The nearest airport is Alfredo Vásquez Cobo International Airport, 3 km from the homestay. Casa do Xingu for sure exceeded my expectations. The professor (Juan) and the girls (Juanda & Dora) are really great hosts. With Juan, you can speak multiple foreign languages, discuss many subjects and indeed have a great start on the Amazon journey. In the end, I stayed for a week more than I initially planned and If/when I come back to Leticia, I will for sure go there again.

Casa amazilia

Leticia

Featuring a garden, a year-round outdoor pool and pool views, Casa amazilia is located in Leticia. This guest house provides air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We felt extremely welcome and at home in Casa Amazilia. They helped out with everything: waited for us at the airport to arrange transport, brought us to the centre of town for dinner, arranged tuktuks and invited us for lunch. Quiet side of Leticia and close to the airport. Far beyond any expectation and the perfect place if you would like a more personal touch.

Flor de la selva

Puerto Nariño

Flor de la selva offers accommodation in Puerto Nariño. The property offers a shared kitchen.

Every room is fitted with a shared bathroom with a shower.

The property boasts fruit trees and gardens. The area is popular for hiking and biking. It’s a nice wooden house, just as rustic as we imagined a house in the jungle. A host Mauricio was incredibly responsive. He organised us a three days program on the fly with an english guide which was awesome.
