Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Suzanne was really friendly and she took good care of us. Although we arrived a bit late, she waited for us and she was really cheerful!

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Free WiFi is available, and a chargeable parking garage is located behind the property. The accommodation was lovely, in a great location. As a solo traveller I liked the closeness of the metro, shopping mall and cafe around the corner. Easy to walk straight into the heart of town. Tina was an excellent host.

Everything was supernice. Hosts were so helpful and kind during my stay there. They are so chill and friendly. The house was very clean and the room also so tidy and clean. The location was not bad. It is close to the subway and train station.

At the homestay, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect. Our host was helpful, communicated well, even if we were late. The stay was comfy and close to the train station for airport. Everything was clean enough and. We appreciated the towels and the ability to use a coffee machine at the morning. Definitely would come again !

There is a subway stop right near the accomodation. A short walk to the Naschmarkt and also walkable to the Inner Stadt if you do not want to get the train. Facilities were tidy and the bed was comfortable. I also loved the use of the kitchen to make my breakfast. Check in was easy and so was check out. They were even kind enough to let me check out a little bit later.
