What a beautiful place to stay, in an ideal situation a short walk from downtown Raleigh. The owner John is great, full of information about the area and ideas for places to visit and eat. We enjoyed our breakfast at Boulted Bread, as recommended by John. The place itself has everything that you could possibly want...and more! Excellent.

We absolutely loved our experience at Justina's beautiful home! We really weren't exactly sure what a homestay was, but upon arriving, we quickly realized that it was exactly like an Airbnb. The host warmly greeted us and gave us the tour. I told my partner that it was like an Italian villa! It was really beautiful! The room was cozy and the bed was amazing! It was also great to have access to the kitchen, which was a nice bonus! We had a terrific conversation with Justina who is extremely, interesting, erudite, and a world traveler! We them were delighted to have the honor of meeting her son, Alain who is a world class oprah singer. I asked if he knew La Boheme, which is my favorite, and he broke out into a most spellbinding aria! This family represents all the reasons that we love travel and travelers! All the very best!
