We had an extremely pleasant and welcoming stay. The hosts were such a warm and friendly couple and their dinner is so sumptuous and yummy. We were caught in the earthquake and we had to stay another day. The hosts took such great care of us and helped us with arrangements to leave Hualien - giving us lifts to the train stations, checking train times and possible routes. I was very happy with how comfortable the bed was, on-site laundry facilities, ability to control the temperature of the room (cold + hot), and the bathroom had this neat feature which blasted hot air to dry out wet clothes.

I would say everything about the property was awesome. The calmness, cleanliness, serenity and the amazing view from the room. Our room was upgraded by the host and the hospitality of the host was exceptional! The breakfast was wholesome and the ambience of the home was truly worth remembering.
The host went out of her way to take our kid to take to her Grandma's house to let our kid play at the play area. She further went out of her way to drop us to the train station as well.
