The bed was cozy and ensured a good night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect way to start the day and provided the energy needed for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also provided decent Wi-Fi, which was a plus for staying connected with loved ones and planning our daily activities. However, the standout feature of this hotel was the exceptional customer service provided by the entire staff. They were always ready to assist with arranging tours, providing recommendations for local establishments, arranging transportation, and even offering a partnership for affordable scooter rentals. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly made a difference in our overall experience. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable and enjoyable stay. The host, Ann, was the best. Very kind and attentive, she helped us with everything and always available for questions and requests. The free (simple) breakfast was a big plus that was not in the reservation infornation. Free cold and hot water were also very nice.
