The room was spacious and comfortable just like the photos. The cleaning of the room and common spaces are top. The shared bathroom is spotless clean, it's for two rooms and the host, and we never had to wait to use it. The bed was big and comfortable and we could rest really good. No street noise at night, nothing bothered us. Wifi worked great. It was possible to use washer and dryer for 20 euro. There was a kettle and some tea and coffee in the room and a microwave for use of the guests. The host was a very nice person if you follow the rules.

Like a home stay. Terje, the home owner, is a great character. Helpful instructions on how to get to his house. He is full of personality. He took us out on his boat, he cooked us crab and showed us how to eat it, we shared a meal and he took us to the airport so early in the morning. He was kind and shared with us about his life. We learnt a lot about Norway and Terje and we will never forget our stay.

A lovely comfortable apartment a short walk from the centre of Ålesund - and outstanding value for money. The apartment had everything I needed for my short stay (or for a longer stay) and Per-Kristian was a great host - very responsive to my queries and very accommodating. And there’s a good pizza restaurant just around the corner :-)
Great communication and lovely hosts. The accommodation was in a great location with a beautiful view. Lots of great short walks close by. Perfect place for a few nights with our toddler.
Tor is a great host and we spent two very comfortable nights in his apartment. There was everything you could possibly need stored in creative and cozy ways. We enjoyed the music box while cooking and after a short time got used to the gas stove. We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay and when we come back to Ålesund we will definitely stay here again!
The apartment was so close to most attractions. Was super clean. Frode was a good host with friendly and necessary communication. Great value for Money for Norway.
Cute little cottage. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Simple but adequate kitchenette. Shared shower - in main house. I had no issues with this. Owners spoke only a little English but we’re good hosts.
