It’s a horrible experience, I arrived at 5 pm with my wife and daughter and I had Ito attend a gathering nearby after checking in. I couldn’t even check in as the place was locked. I had to search for contact number of the operator of so called Alma Sweet Home at a hair salon next to the premises. The men I(2) I spoke to over the phone denied I had made any bookings as they had not been informed neither have they received payment. I had to look for another place at E Red hotel to get my shelter overnight. I am protesting and need my refund ASAP. Failing which I will lodge a report to the authority and Social Media.
