Les Jardins de Taja is a dream space of nature, tranquility, light, and love! We have enjoyed our stay thoroughly ans really regretted booking only two nights!
The staff were super helpful and responsive and very kind. We had a chance to meet the owners, a French and Moroccan couple as well as Fatiha's mom and grandma, the namesake of the property.
We stayed in the Lise house and woke up to wonderful morning views, the sounds of roosters, and the adorable donkeys, Caramelle and Phiselle, right in our backyard.
Food was amazing for breakfast and dinner and the hammam and massage were very special treats on the property.
The swimming pool and surrounding terrace are perfect for relaxation and watching the sunset. We also managed a good 9km hike towards the Atlas Mountains, encountering many sheep, goats, turtles, and very friendly locals.
So much love and care has been put into this property and it managed to inspire my husband and I to consider the crazy dream of running something similar one day in the beautiful Ourika Valley!
Overall, do not hesitate to book the space (for definitely more than 2 nights!). You will have an unforgettable experience!

The food was outstanding and prepared with love and attention to detail, it was a real highlight in my entire time in Morocco. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous, watching the sunsets from the terrace is a fantastic experience. The surroundings also enable both smaller and longer hikes, whatever matches your needs. The garden is a tranquil space that enables you to relax, and everyone is extremely nice and willing to help with anything. And finally, the quality of the beds and bathrooms and all are great also.

The host was super helpful and wanted to do his best to make sure my bike could be stored safely His grandfather tried to help me as much as he could and was lovely.We eventually used a neighbour's garage.
The place is pleasant, although the neighbourhood seems less so. The reality was that the locals were kind, helpful and nice
There's a lovely lemon garden, and the orange bloom produced an intoxicatingly pleasant scent
I would recommend a torch for negotiating the steps though.

Beautiful terrace, very comfortable rooms. Location is great as yoy get to see the life outside of marrakech. Easy transport around (you can get there with only 15 dirhams per person from Marrakech). Mohammed was such a lovely host and very accomodating.

Juliette and Yaha are such a friendly hosting duo, looking after their guests, communicating fast en helpful, taking care of the Berber community they live in and meanwhile improve their homestay. Juliette is a great chef cook, we recommend to take diner at the premise. Book a room/suite on the top floor, go hike in the hills and along the river. Their dog loves to join you during the walks and is very sweet. During the day enjoy the balcony or their rooftop and after sunset watch the falling stars.
