They helped me to find the hostel, served me tea on arrival, upgraded my room for free, arranged a guide for me to hike Mount Toukbal and provided me with clothing for the hike that I didn’t have with me. They served breakfast for me at 4:30am so I could start the hike early. They also served an excellent and healthy evening meal, and breakfast was substantial. They were incredibly kind to me. Thank you to them.

Atlas Haven is in a perfect position, just a few minutes from the centre of Imlil near the path to the waterfall. The view from the roof terrace is amazing and we had delicious breakfast there each morning. The room is very comfortable and the balcony was a plus. Abdou went out of his way to advise and help us and came personally to the airport in Marrakesh to pick us up. We also had a great moroccan cooking lesson with Khadija, a lovely local young lady.

Had a wonderful stay here in April 2024 and used as a base to go walking in the High Atlas. We had the mountain view room which had fantastic views over the valley, particularly appreciated from the roll top bath. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We had lunch and dinner here too - very tasty.

Hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a hotel in all of my years of travel. Aisha, our host, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to tend to all our needs. She made us dinner, breakfast and lunch and those were some of the best meals our group had during our time in Morocco; she also recommended a hike for our group to do and let us use the shower after the hike even though it was way past our check out time. The place itself is as authentic as you could get in Morocco and as a Moroccan, it reminded me of my grandparents home growing up. The surrounding scenery is out of this world
