The owner was amazing and booked our bus to take us to Chiang Rai, and the location was excellent. We had an option for a takeaway breakfast which was made for us before our early bus ride. The bed was comfy, the Wi-Fi was good, and everything was clean.

We booked here the night before our slow boat to Luang Prabang. It was a perfect stay and great value for money. The host was great and helped us get taxis and a sim for Laos.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Lovely hosts, nothing was a problem. Spoke very good English and very helpful. Had a nice breakfast and lunch organised for the slow boat. Everything was clean.
Simple accommodations, but great host. She also knew everything about the gibbon experience and let us keep our luggage in her place and booked us matching bus tickets to cross the border to Thailand directly after our return from the trip. Best value for money.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Homestay is located directly in the center, only 3 minutes by tuk tuk from the slow boat pier. Many restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. Also, the price! I mean, you get what you paid for.
A great hostel in Huay Xai. We stayed the night before doing the Gibbon Experience and a night after. Our family of four had a dorm room which was really comfortable and clean. Nok, the owner is lovely and super helpful.
