The location being close to the small mall and I would say perhaps that was the only good thing about the place.
Internet did NOT reach the room at all, there was 0 thought and effort put into furnishing the room just a couple of beds floating in there with no side tables, lamps the duvet cover was exposed with no sheet so it was strange to sleep on it so did not use.
and the worst part was not having electricity the whole nigh and morning before check out so coud not connect or charge our devices nor sleep well without the AC. Glad we were only there for 1 night.
If you only need a bed to sleep then I guess it is fine but with the price one can do better.

Like everything in Similar Region, some improvement is needed, including a bit more training for the Personal, so that the overall Customer service experiences can be improved. But overall, the Staff is friendly and tried within their local standard to meet their Customer's needs.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Jarvis was really a great host - quick to answer any questions on the property or on the local area. Really enjoyed the homestay as I got to meet some cool people also staying during my time. Property was nice, rooms with AC, were great and the compound pool and security guards were also nice to have. Very close to restaurants, the malls, and the beach.

Home stay, with a very friendly family. The place is very quiet and green, in the morning you wake up to the singing of birds. Closed neighborhood, where you feel very safe.
Not far from the beach (15mins walk or a brief boda ride), and a walking distance to a few restaurants.
We stayed at peace corner homestay in Mombasa for 4 nights and loved it.
The host family made us feel at home and were incredibly kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed getting to know them. Their tips on local eateries and beaches were always spot on.
The house was comfortable, clean and the breakfast enjoyable.
