Loved the style of the house. It almost felt like a cozy homestay with all amenities in place. There were scrapbooks with all information about the village which was very helpful and thoughtful of the host. Everything in the fridge was free for the guests to have and there were plenty of options. The location is just 10mins walk from the main bus station and the supermarket is just across the street. Loved the place!

Lovely accommodation and lovely host! This guesthouse was so cute and the host really went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and there is free tea and coffee, and if you’re not wanting to venture out for a meal there’s noodle packets and snacks for a VERY cheap price! Common area is lovely and spacious :)

staff are friendly. There are coffee and tea available in the morning. The room is small but cozy, minimalistic with sufficient amenities for your basic needs. Feels very much like a homestay & very affordable too.

A few minute walk going to Shirakawago Village itself. Perfect location for people who like walking to admire the vicinity and coming home to a homestay that is kind of secluded from the busy establishments.
