The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice, they gave me indications for hiking and were always there whenever I had any query or issue. I actually enjoyed having a single bed room as I was travelling on my own. the room was nice and cosy. The breakfast had both home made cake but also local cheese and cold meet. We felt right at home! Very well located with free parking. You can visit all islands and villages of Maggiore lake by boat from the pier nearby.
