We booked this one day before arrival as our other accommodation wasn't what we expected so we weren't expecting 5 star glamour or anything! The staff were great and it was easy and hassle free to check in and out, they even gave us some tips on places to go and gave us a map of the city. The room was nice, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the bathroom was great with a brilliant shower. There was a kettle with some snacks, tea and coffee and also a mini bar if you wanted anything else (extra charge but not crazy prices). I really liked the fact that you could open the windows fully unlike with a lot of hotels where you can just barely get some air in (this could be due to there being decorative metal window bars outside for security reasons I guess), but with it being quite warm and not liking using air conditioning (which the room also had) this was great. The hotel was located just at the end of the main street and about 5/10 minutes walk from the main train and bus stations. Perfect for being close to everywhere without being surrounded by crowds and noise.

Fantastic central location with great sound proofing if required. The room was v clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. Zeljka on reception was friendly and supplied us with some good restaurant recommendations.

Asia was great, helping us because we hadn't read our email properly and didn't realise we had the door code - very patient and helpful. A lovely large room with a bit of atmosphere. quiet comfy clean exactly what you want. our only regret we used this an an overnight stay I wish we'd stayed here longer. Everyting was wonderful, the staff, the lobby, the room, the bathroom, the food. Everything. I could come with the car in front of the building to get the luggages faster. There was parkins spaces like 100 m away from the accomodation and it was perfect for us. I will sure come again if i will have to pass through Trieste.

Everything! Location was very central both to transport, sea area and historical centre. Room (red) was fabulous, loads of space, dining area, great fridge and the master room separated from single sleeping area which was very good in terms of privacy. Also TVs available on both sleeping areas which was a bonus. Decoration on common areas and room itself was just to our liking. Perfect!
