The room was incredibly clean, very nice, and everything was new. The shower had great water pressure and the hot water never ran out. The AC worked wonderfully and the room was about a block (3 min walk) from the beach. They left plastic chips in the room so that we could enjoy coffee and a croissant at a quaint little outside bar in front of the beach. You can also rent a couple of chairs and an umbrella for the day for around 30€ on the beach right by the hotel. Walking along the beach there are quite a few dining options.
There was a nice terrace with a comfortable bench/chair and a drying rack.
Great value for price/quality and I’d definitely stay here again.

One of the best stay I ever had. The accomodation is in a strategic position, close to Terracina and it is well connected towards Sperlonga, Gaeta, Circeo or Sabaudia. The place is run by a local family which puts lots of love and effort to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are all new, spacious and well equipped. There is a patio as well as a swimming pool. The parking is inside. We had an issue booking the wrong way but they managed to arrange our stay the day before without letting us pay extra. Highly recommended. We will come back

Super close to the beach, only 10min walking to big supermarket, many bars around. Best place for lazy vacation. Marko is great host, very kind and helpful! Definitely the place to return.
