The host was welcoming and helpful in recommendations for restaurants featuring local cuisine. We ate at two and they were splendid! Breakfast was beautifully laid out and the coffee, croissant, Greek yogurt and fruit hit the spot. Will surely return next time in Chiavari!

Large well equiped unit, comfy bed, large bathroom. Host was especially nice and provided good information. Great location, above the promenade but it is only 8 minute walk away. Plus there are elevators to get you back up.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The location was amazing - right on the harbourside with a large opening window view from which we could watch the locals ready their charter boats and watch the superyachts come and go. Restaurants and cafes at the base of our stairs, but no noise once we closed the laminated windows.
I had booked another place. When we canceled we went here. Thank you, they opened the house to us immediately. We were not devastated. Great hosts. The house was spotless. The location is tremendous. The view from the toilet is very nice. Thank you.
An experience to remember. The whole city was booked by a Uber rich Indian couple for their wedding celebration. All night the crew built a stage for the concert where Andrea Bocelli performed. The place is so central, that you open up the window and voilá ! The whole Portofino is in the palm of your hand! The locals are courteous and vivacious. Would absolutely love to return!

Carlotta was a great host, very kind and helpful. The location is superb, in the middle of beautiful nature, and the distance to the infrastructure is no problem at all, since she was available to provide transports when needed. Breakfast was great too. An absolute recommendation!

Great view and calm surroundings. Its nice to be a bit away from the intense trafic of Portofino and the searesorts, and be able to go there as you wish. We recommend for a week-end or a full week !
the communication was great, easy to find the apartment..a small map of the square showing location of flat would have been useful as we arrived in the dark late at night but locals were v.helpful, beautiful clean flat with everything..lication superb facing the water with full sunlight, lots of restaurants around for breakfast, lunch, eve meak and shops and 10min walk from some nice points of interest.
Fantastic location practically right on the piazza. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Good amenities eg hair dryer. Safe location. Host was very helpful & friendly and accommodating around check in time. Very fast response from the lovely host. Clean towels.
