Absolutely stunning views from comfortable bedroom and living/dining room. Quiet position on the edge of lovely Orvieto. Beaufifully clean (cleaned daily). Small kitchen with large fridge, hob, oven and microwave if required.

Centrally located in stunning Orvieto. A bit of a sweat to navigate through the town as there is road work at the moment (July 2024) but good communication with Sabrina through WhatsApp helped us through that, we had two rooms, very comfortable beds, a kitchen, good bathroom. We parked the car in front of the property to unload and parked it in a garage nearby. Sabrina helped us through all of that, even with our luggage, you couldn’t wish for anyone more gracious than Sabrina.

Perfect location, great host, comfortable stay with all amenities. We could not fault this beautiful property. Massimilano left fruit, water, juice and coffee for our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone making a visit to Orvieto.
What a delightful place to stay. So tastefully decorated and the view looking over the wall just outside the door is stunning. We sat on the charming table and seats outside to have our breakfast and the locals walking past were so friendly. Sabrina was lovely and responded promptly to queries. She even allowed us to leave our bags at another site after checking out as we had quite a bit of time to fill in before catching our train.
We were happy about the advices of Rosa! She's a very lovely host. We got an upgrade because we were staying with our dog <3 Kitchen with free coffee and snacks was always open for us to use. The breakfast was great with everything we could wish for. Free parking spot and could park short time for luggage dropout directly infront of the house.

Perfectly located on quiet side street only 1 block from center of town. Huge 2 story apartment. Private garage right under apartment. Immaculately clean! Beautiful furnishings, kitchen ware, decorations as you’d have in a private home, not a rental. Mario met us in the street where we were close but a bit lost. Very kind and then gave us total independence. Coffee provided and full kitchen to prepare any meal we wanted.
