We stayed in the one bedroom house which was small and perfectly formed. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay is provided. Extremely clean, comfortable bed and pillows, a home from home. We loved the private little terrace off the bedroom which catches a lot of sunshine. Very well located just off the main road but tucked away so it's very quiet and peaceful and two minutes walk from local cafes. Check in was so easy as Giovanni arranged to meet us and escorted us to the house. He is such a lovely guy and gave us lots of information about Modica, things to do and suggested places to eat. Its very obvious that Giovanni and his wife are passionate about offering their guests a wonderful stay. Thank you

The area is very quiet and relaxing, although it is far from the city centre all amenities are close by. A car is a must to come and go to the location. Fantastic villa with pool and very secure since you can park your car in the property which is locked by gate. Owners very friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious 😋. Adele is the great host, and she gave as warm welcome. The place is cozy and has everything that you need. The location is also perfect for us, it isn't the city center, but Marina di Ragusa available by foot. There are several beaches available, the closest (~5-10 minutes walk) is small and wild, but more organized beaches will be available within an additional 10-minute walk. We loved the grill facility, secure underground parking also is a massive plus for us. Good supermarket in 5-minute ride by car.
Immaculate modern apartment with superb facilities in a quiet location. Lovely host looked after us with great restaurant suggestions and where to go for sunset drinks! A 10min walk to the old town. Free parking on street in front of property.
The property is comfy and well planned and there was enough space for the family of 4 people. It is also located on the new high standard building complex. The location is superb: near to beach and 2 shops, to the playground and to the city center. On Tuesday it was a local market with fresh fruits, vegetables and sea food just behind your apartment. The furniture is new and good quality. You can sleep with pleasure and find enough space for your garderobe :) Stefano is good host, who helps with any questions.
