We had an amazing stay at Mugilu. We stayed for three nights and we were taken care of extremely well. The property is lush green and filled with coffee plants, trees and lots of birds. The owner, Chandan, and the caretaker Anand gave us a lot of information about the area and pointed us at activities to do nearby. There are also four friendly dogs that love to show you around. Last but not the least, the food was hot and delicious 😋

We stayed here in order to do a bit of hiking and thoroughly enjoyed it. The homestay is located at the foothills of Agni Peak, which can be climbed in about an hour from the homestay. As well as this there is a large area full of rainforest, waterfalls and other peaks to explore. The family was very helpful and the food was amazing. The room was basic but clean, with its own bathroom.
