The house manager (Martina) was an excellent hostess. She was very attentive to looking after my room and ensured that everything was looking its best. The room was clean and warm and was of a high standard. Access to the hotel is very convenient and guests can come and go as they please.
The hotel is located in central Donnybrook and is well served by regular bus services both to Dublin City and also to places such as Dun Laoire, Bray and DART services.

Hilary was very welcoming and checked to see if our room was ready early which is was. This allowed us to drop our bags off and freshen up in the hotel room earlier than expected so we could go out and explore Dublin. We have stayed here once before and both times have been fab as they cannot do enough for you. Hilary showed us lots of different pubs and restaurants to go to which was very helpful.

Location to Aviva stadium where we were attending a football match was ideal,When checking in we were informed that the lift was out of order and with children it wasn't ideal. The next morning the receptionist kindly offered to give all our party 5 adults and 2 children a complimentary breakfast for each of us,this was a kind gesture and unexpected. The receptionists and duty manager also helped with tools and a pump to inflate the childrens pram which had a flat tyre. The rooms were a good size and comfortable and the never ending complimentary tea, coffee and pastries located in the resting room beside reception was a nice touch. I would certainly book this lovely guesthouse again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location. Walkable to central Dublin and also to the hop-on-hop-off bus stop. The room itself was very spacious and furniture/decor fit the period of the building. Liked the pullout side tables. It was quiet. The front desk staff were friendly.
