The hosts were friendly despite us turning up pretty late and unannounced after our original accommodation unfortunately had to cancel our stay. The room was comfy and clean with lots of useful extras like a fridge and cutlery. I wish we could have stayed longer than the one night.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
It was a very clean, comfortable room with good continental breakfast and Bernie was a lovely host. Would recommend
