The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful, our new friend Datu took us on several local trips which was a wonderful and unique experience. We met very friendly people from the village who showed us how to make coconut oil and offered us lunch, we saw the rice fields, springs and cooked dinner together with a family. Also the owner Abdul was very helpful with the transportation to our next location. We will never forget these couple of days! The room is simple but nice and in a beautiful area. In addition to having a clean and spacious roon,we spent unforgettable moments with the family in this homestay. They welcomed us immediately and we immediately felt at home. We had very good breakfasts on a beautiful terrace overlooking the rice fields. the meals offered are also delicious and everything is made on site! The place couldn't be more authentic! Also, we did many activities such as visiting the different villages specializing in pottery, bamboo etc., a trek to the big waterfall, a day in deserted islands where the snorkeling was incredible with corals and fish of all colors, and a cooking class where we ate more than necessary 😏.
