Besides the charming character of the authentic house also the great care of the staff. It was like a home away from home and I experienced peace in this house. The breakfast was equally great. The place looks exactly like the pictures: a big and beautiful house with lots of open spaces and incredible rooms. Our room was spacious, well-organized, and spotless, with a large and lovely bathroom as well. Extra points for the bed—it was super comfy and spacious!

The house was very nice and clean, not too big but very comfy. The hostess, Tanja, went out of her way to help us with everything, she organized a scooter for us and helped us with our laundry. It's close to a street, so it can get lod in the morning, but that's probably a thing everywhere in yogya. Would definitely stay there again!

Simple and very clean room in the middle of the rice paddies, AC and private bathroom. The host is very kind and helpful, she landed us an helmet, gave us some good restaurant/warung/ therapist recommendations and let us check out late.

Very unique place to stay in Yogyakarta. Won't find another place like this!! Open air rooms leave you waking up feeling refreshed. The family who own it are super friendly. The location is not bad it's a half an hour walk into the centre. Located off the main Street down a small alleyway. Although you cannot lock your room it seems like a very safe and friendly neighborhood.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
