Lovely guesthouse with lovely hosts! We stayed overnight here whilst doing the Ijen sunrise hike which was organised through the guesthouse. Everything was super smooth and breakfast was made for us on our return. The hosts even sorted out a last minute taxi for us when the trains were down! Absolute life savers!!

It was the best hotel I've seen so far in Indonesia. It was clean, comfy, spacious, the food was great, the owner was nice and arranged a late check in for us. Also the room was very cute and nicely decorated and all the plants made it look really good.

What can we say about Agus’ homestay?
We really recommend it to everybody: Agus and his family will welcome you as part of the community. Breakfast prepared by Agus’ wife was delicious: we’re a vegan couple and they didn’t hesitate to give us traditional food, but in the vegan version.
Agus brought us around the village, showing real batik art and factory, explaining how the life in a small village works. You can have interesting conversations with him and enrich your point of view about many aspects.
Here it’s possible to rent a motorcycle and arrange for some tours at a reasonable price.

This is the best accommodation we have stayed in so far during our time in Indonesia. The room is very comfortable and feels like your own bedroom rather than a hotel or hostel. All the staff are very friendly and they provide great local tips. There is a small kitchen area that you can prepare simple meals and also chill out on the sofa or on your own terrace in front of your room.
The price is also good for the quality of accommodation.

Nice calm place with kitchen facilities. Johan is an excellent host who provides you with lots of what-to- do-locally information. Thanks to this we had a great snorkeling day!
