The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived quite late in the night by car. Parking was easy. The first room was a bit smelly so we asked for a new one. And he immediately gave us an alternative room. The room was comfortable enough for a sleepover. They even have hot water so you can have a quick, warm shower. But most importantly I loved the location as it's very close to the entrance to Bromo. The view from the house of the local town is nice too. The host helped quickly arrange for us a private Jeep tour, motorbikes and ticket to visit Bromo. All for a good price and on very short notice. Thank you so much! I recommend to visit Bromo and stay at Good Karma house. You will be well looked after.

Deddy’s Homestay was everything we hoped it would be - walking distance to both the Bromo caldera and to King Kong hill, and clean and spacious enough for two people. On top of it all, Deddy was very helpful and gave us tips on how to walk to the caldera, restaurants to eat at while we were in town, and how to catch the bemo to get to Probollingo on a budget. We would absolutely recommend this homestay!!

The only place to stay for your Bromo adventure. Cahyo helped me work out the best and most affordable way to get there (and back to Probolinggo), showed me the route to climb Bromo on my own and advised me on how best to do sunrise without the jeep tours. He doesn't push any expensive tours or take any cuts. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable with a thick WARM blanket, nice HOT SHOWER was amazing. Location is directly across from Bromo itself so you have a majestic view your entire stay. I wholly recommend Cahyo Homestay Bromo!
