It is situated in a place where there are few rooms for hire but it is close to my daughter's house so ideal. I was worried about shared facilities but everyone was civilised and thoughtful, keeping quieter than we would have found in most hotels. The kitchen, dining area and garden were a bonus we hadn't expected

Extremely good for the price. The beds were comfy. The staff was amazing especially Olivia who helped with recommendations to do things in Brighton. It was a nice long walk to the main Brighton beach. The view of the sea from the small window was beautiful. TV had a lot of channels and had a kettle and instant coffee in the room.

The staff was super nice and it is very central! Only takes you a few minutes to get to the beach, shops, the bus stop into town(busses run very frequent and to every part of Brighton town and surroundings) and little shops.
