The proprietors were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. My room was a good size and comfortable, with a pleasant view over the street. It was quite quiet and felt safe late at night. It was a short walk (about 7 minutes) from the Brighton Centre, so very convenient for my conference. Just off the 'front', it was easy to find.
Breakfast was good and reasonably price, served promptly.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Beautiful house with lovely, bright decor and thoughtful touches e.g. welcome hamper. Great location opposite the beach with kind, helpful hosts who offered a discount code for a beachside sauna, which was fabulous. The house is right by the bus stop that got us into Brighton easily. Thank you to Zion and Sarah for being great hosts.
Beautiful property in a lovely area. Very big and the views were stunning. Great hosts. Lots of room for all guests to stay. Try the 'In the Blue' seafood restaurant down the road, it was amazing!
