- It was so nice staying in a real family home rather than a hotel! Melissa & her family were very friendly & welcoming. Everywhere was super clean & beautifully decorated.
- I enjoyed being able to use a living room space to relax, the kitchen to make food when needed, & an outdoor balcony area
- Lovely continental breakfast (warn croissants cereals, juices, meats & cheeses etc)
- About a 20-minute walk to the university
- Even though I was sharing a bathroom with another room, there was never any cross-over & the bathroom was always spotless

The roon was spacious for one person and clean. The TV had plenty of choses for viewing.

Location was excellent for going to victorious festival was a quick 10 minute walk. Was allowed to check in early which was very appreciated. Great value for money. room had everything needed such as fridge wardrobe but no TV ( wasn't needed as was only here to sleep)

It was very clean, good facilities, lovely host and ample parking. It was very close to the South Parade Pier and we walked down for dinner. It was nice and quiet through the night.

Fabulous location in a comfortable and spacious apartment. Jason was a great host and communicated promptly with us throughout the visit. Lovely to have parking on site with back up parking on the road outside. The balcony was a bonus too.
Barry was a great host, and really made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Very good communication, and check in and check out was easy and effortless. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to most interesting parts of Portsmouth. Nice apartment, with most things in place that you need for a weekend stay.
