Room 3 was very comfortable, clean & suitable for our needs. We only had the one breakfast hamper but it was very good, nice pot of tea, hot bacon roll & I enjoyed my cornflakes.

Devon House is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I was made extremely welcome. Carl is a great host, attentive and helpful. The guest house is well located between the station and the seaside and close to all amenities. Thoroughly recommended.

Where to start…owners Jo & Martin are lovely, welcoming and accommodating. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The little touches in our family room and around the B&B to make you feel looked after are so thoughtful, from the kids books/games, extra toiletries supply, blackout blind in our kids’ room, load of in-room storage - it all goes towards making your stay incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly cooked/presented and good quality, good selection of hot and cold options. Location is ideal with the beach at the end of the road. Couldn’t have asked for more, thank you.

It was absolutely brilliant, unexpected, and most unusual place we have ever stayed in.
A very clean room on suite, a continental breakfast supplied, a microwave, and a fridge.
Walking distance to shopping district, beach, bus station, and train station, even half an hour walk away from Paignton Zoo, we used a bus.
Generally, it's a quiet location on the ground floor, no stairs to worry about, well suited for our needs.
We would 100% recommend this as an abode to stay in while in Paignton, infact if we ever come again, we would use the Seaside Homestay again.
