This is a hidden gem for sure. The self check-in was effortless and the host was kind. This home had everything you'd want, with a little kitchen corner, a separate bathroom, bedroom and a little patio to sit outside on. The bed was just as comfortable as my one at home and a dream to sleep on. They also had additional things like a hair dryer, high quality shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash, an iron, coffee + tea with sugar and milk, space heater, consistently hot water in the shower and lots of storage room.

The host that welcomed me was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size! The bed was super comfy. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Also, the selection of teas, coffees etc was superb! The water was hugely welcomed after a long journey.

The location was good. We could park and as working at a location nearby the next day was allowed to leave my car there during the day after check out which was very helpful. The room was a good size. We had to check out early and we could access cereal.

This is my second visit to the hotel - I had good memories previously of this hotel. I love that it is on the picturesque canal and if you arrive after work at the NEC - a walk along here is a great way to de stress.
It’s a 20 minute drive from the NEC and a good alternative to the over priced on site NEC ones.
There is also a nice restaurant that seems popular with the locals. It’s a bit noisy on the weekend - so request a room far away from the restaurant. The staff are nice and helpful.
Beds were comfy and sheets felt lovely and fresh. Bedroom was spotless and clean. Location was good for what we needed and the staff were helpful. The locals were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. Handy separate entrance/exit for the hotel part.
It's a great location, just off the motorway, easy to find, and plenty of free parking
The bar area is clean and comfortable, the meal we had was really good, and the drinks are reasonably priced
The room we stayed in was clean and quiet - there was a tv, tea and coffee and fresh towels etc,
Friendly staff and locals, a bit of good music, it was a blast!!
