Each spacious room has a 32-inch flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

A bit of a last minute stay at Barringtons but it was a delightful surprise. Large room, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff . Convenient spot to stay when visit Chatsworth house.

    The Red Lion is lovely. A real locals pub which we like. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and staff were friendly and accommodating. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, it was excellent, a really high standard of food and good value. The room is traditional, oldy worldy, we had a four poster bed!

    Everything you need for a home stay. Comfy living room, fully equipped kitchen, stunning bathroom, comfortable bed and very clean. The garden was gorgeous and lovely to sit in. Amazing views from the bedroom window. 5 minutes walk in to town and 10 minutes to the train station. Steep hill to get back to the house but felt like you were walking off your dinner! We would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive to messages. Perfect stay - thank you.

    We stayed in the garden suite and was great, comfy bed and the bathroom was massive with a spa bath to top it off. Nice touches with the bath lotions and potions too. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit and cereals and then the full English, set us up for the day! All in all a lovely place to stay, along with the beautiful gardens

    Yvonne is such a lovely host! She made us feel right at home with her love and warmth. She made delicious breakfasts for us including pancakes and fruit, salmon and poached eggs and full veggie English. She even got me mushroom sausages as I don’t like corn ones! She made the room beautifully clean and dressed up! A home from home stay!
