The bed was very comfortable and the host had heated it up with an electric blanket in the evening, which was really nice. The host was very welcoming and helpful and she gave us some suggestions for dinner as well.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Stylishly decorated, cosy property with fantastic views of the sea from the bedroom, set in a beautiful garden. Was our favourite accommodation during our holiday in Scotland. Emma was a great host and made the most delicious breakfast! Hope to stay again one day.

Lovely location in Gairloch, only a five minute drive from the pier for excursions. Emma was a great host with lots of breakfast options, with a lovely modern and clean room overlooking the bay. Living room was nice spot to hang out in the evening, and a few options for dinner within walking distance too. Would come again!
