We were made to feel like family from the second we arrived, absolutely lovely hosts and the room was incredible! Best nights sleep I've had in years! Rachel and Wayne did everything they possibly could to make it one of the loveliest stays. Highly recomend and will definitely be going back to stay again ❤️ Ps, the full English was out of this world 😍

Loved the fact our facilities were separate and named after the boating heritage. The pub and the food served was very reasonably priced and amazingly tasty. The locals were friendly as well as the staff and the room was cleaned everyday.. Roose had a beautiful Abbey and great walking places to visit .. I would definitely recommend

Fantastic property in a great central location. Tobi is a great host who gave us more than enough information about the property and surrounding areas. Netflix and WiFi were a great touch. Keys were a easy and safe pick up, house was perfectly tidy and bigger than expected. Plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in that area. Would like to say a massive thank you to Tobi again as he went above and beyond to make sure we were having a comfortable stay.

Have stayed before in this pleasantly quirky b and b and would happily always return if in Barrow. Nothing to fault and very lovely hosts. A building of great character with all I need for a comfy overnight.
