We liked the location in that it was very peaceful, we were able to spot some deer in the allotments behind which was delightful. The B&B welcomes dogs which for us is always an advantage. The room was attractive and clean, and we had the sole use of a large bathroom with shower which was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were very good, and the owners of the house were delightful, made every opportunity to talk to us and take an interest in our visit. There was free, secure and very easy parking opposite the house. Overall it was a delightful accommodation with very welcoming hosts.

Booked the family room with bathroom for a family of four. Chambre d’hôtes La Ferté is an old barn/farmhouse repurposed to B&B in the countryside. The room itself is very big, with two floors on an open ceiling concept, so the kids can sleep upstairs. All the furniture fits the rustic atmosphere and is well preserved. The lady owner, it’s a very down to earth and friendly person and makes you feel welcomed. The house is in an extensive plot where they have a donkey, chickens, a cat and even a lovely golden retriever, so the kids had a blast playing with them. The breakfast is very good and fresh. All the jams seem to be done by them and are super tasteful!.

Booked for a restful couple of days after a week camping! We wanted a place in a nice quiet location and were not disappointed. Hosts Dominique and Martine were most accommodating, meeting us at our car, helping us with our luggage and showing us to their large, private parking area. Our room was large, stylish and beautifully appointed with a big, en-suite bathroom. All very clean and looked like new! A good (inclusive in price) French breakfast with home made preserves and cake.
