this property is absolutely amazing in every way! it completely exceeded our expectations. you get so much space for your money in a very centeral location! a bargain! the en suite is lovely and the two rooms are great sizes with lots of wardrobe space and really comfy beds. the windows also open onto lovely parisian buildings. the host is such a genuine kind man who doesn’t bother you at all and really cares about your stay. we highly recommend this place! thank you :)

Very clear instructions to get into apartment, great location for our visit to Stade de France, bakery and supermarkets very close by. The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to have the terrace to sit outside and admire the view of the city. Vincent was a great host and responded to messages quickly.
Excellent location, within short distance to Paris city centre and Saint Denis stadiums. The rooms are quiet and cool during the heat wave (even without AC, which is fantastic!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bakeries and restaurants close by. This is not a super touristy area, which we really loved as it means more locals and less expensive prices. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean.
Sebastian is a great host! We had amazing breakfast and really nice restaurant were nearby. The indian street food restaurant is great option if you’re asian! The location is good as the metro is nearby.
We liked everything. Apartment is in very quiet neighbourhood, only 7 mins walk from Porte de Clignancourt metro station. Plenty of shops and food places around. We felt safe at all times too.
