The staff was totally available to reach the place if necessary. There was a small problem with the TV system and in matter of minutes there was someone there solving the issue. Additional to that the person was fluent in English so there was no language barrier. The location is also a plus, 15 min by foot to the M6 and even closer to one RER station.
