As all hotels have very small rooms, we decided 4 family members to book this house, it was a very good idea, the house is spacious, with a lot of possibilities, in a quiet zone close to Nice, is very clean, the cleaning lady makes a good job. For sure will come again.

Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The property was literally at the sea front. Amazing location, calm area, close to restaurants and beach. Feels like house given access to private garden. Great host, very friendly.
The very nice terrace, possibility to eat outside, the view on the see and on the city, is enough to justify what we have paid for. Very nice!

The apartment had everything you could need or wish, it had the best kitchen ever, it was quite and comfortable, we had a very good sleep every night. We loved the apartment very much and I can only recommend it to everyone who is going to make vacation or work trip in the area. Emina is a great host, the organisation was perfect.
Rochebrune Cap-Martin is a lovely place and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach, round the Cap and even Menton! Florian was a good host, but realise that you have to call for him to meet you at the property, as it is in a complex.
The apartment is newly renovated, with a well appointed bathroom and kitchenette.
Jaques is a great host, hose was perfect to accomodate 4 people, clean and also equiped and with some cooking stuff that is much appreciated.
Jaques came at 14.00 pm to welcome us and gave us a few indications. Communication was smooth and instantly through whatsapp.
