Cédric is a very attentive, easy-going and friendly host. He lives upstairs in the same building, so he's there in case you need anything but gives you privacy. He checked on us before and during our stay and was always approachable.
We could order dinner the day we arrived (and had a yummy pizza!) and also breakfast the next day was no problem at all. There's free coffee and a minibar with fair prices. Last but not least: We could leave our car at the free parking even after checkout.
All of that is hospitality at its best. :)
The room ("cosy") is big and clean and aircon and wifi were working very well. Everything seems very soundproof as the other three rooms were booked but I only noticed it when meeting them in the common rooms the next morning. The pool is amazing and we loved it.
It's a 30 minute walk to the centre of Nîmes which was fine for us. We wanted to leave the car behind and only stayed one night, so didn't mind.

So quiet and peaceful with the added bonus of two adorable kitties who paid us a visit while we sat outside.
The property is about 45mins walk out of town. We chose to travel about on foot and leave the car parked perfectly safely in the spot just outside the front door of the property.
We enjoyed 3 nights here while we watched a stage finish of Le Tour de France and then spent a day exploring Nîmes on foot.
The bed was really comfy and the WiFi was great but did need a reset when we arrived. Our host was so attentive and gave us a drying rack to dry clothes. Having a washing machine was perfect for us!

Wonderful location right in the middle of beautiful Nîmes. Really helpful staff. The room was very spacious and "homely". This accomodation might not suit every one as it is quite basic - but it is very comfortable and everything works which I can't say for some for the more up-market places I'd stayed. And it is great value for money! I loved my stay and would happily go back

lovely hosts and convenient location. it was on the ground floor but not very noisy. there was less than one roll of toilet paper left and no shower gel when we arrived, but the hosts kindly went out to get more for us.
Apartment is central located and Amphitheatre of Nîmes can be reached in some minutes by walking

Spacious, excellent location, had everything we required, very well equipped. Relaxing outside seating area, very peaceful. Marc and Déborah are great hosts. Responsive, provide a lot of helpful information in the Welcome Guide and are easily contactable should the need arise. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nimes. Would definitely return.
