It is a great location, near everything—spotless and cosy — spacious and deep enough pool by your doorsteps. Magali & Philippe are superb hosts, nice and ready to help with anything.
The room was great for us to accommodate for a couple of days without even thinking about the location — it felt instantly like our second home :) The parking is directly on the plot — private in the shade and plenty of space to load and unload your stuff. We got our remote control for the main entrance door to be able to get out and in as many times as possible.
The room has separate access so you feel like in your French paradise.
Would recommend it to anybody who wants nice accommodation near everything including the beach. The beach was like 5-7 minutes away by car — depending on the time of the day.

Location is very good. Close to the city and the waterfront, but still quite calm for a town on the Cote d'Azur. There are quite nice gardens in front of and behind the house.
You get a lot of space with three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

Lovely little granny flat in the bottom of a private home. Our host Claire was very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
We liked having a terrace and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The shower is accessed from the kitchen, which is a bit unusual but works fine.

Location was great, and the apartment was decent. But without there being wifi there was hardly any signal within the apartment due to the thick walls. The apartment doesn't come with a duvet which was very strange. Other than that Nino was a lovely host, easy to communicate with even with the language barrier.
Lovely host, who welcomed us from our taxi. The hotel is beautiful and just a short walk from the beach.
Pool area is lovely and when we visited it was almost always empty. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area!
