Good location, Good price, clean and tidy. We stayed here in Paterna when we visited Valencia, bus stops right outside apartment (bus number 140) price 1.45 each into Valencia. We stayed in the city until the last bus at just after 9pm, then enjoyed a couple of the local bars in Paterna, very friendly people. Read the reviews and you won't be disappointed, it's a shared house, shared kitchen and bathroom, no problems... Nice parking included. The entrance to the oarkung is in the next road next to a pizzeria and the bus stop for Valencia
