I cannot say enough good things about Son Vives, honestly. The drive up the hill takes you to a beautiful private entrance, at the end of which lies a beautiful property with 360 views of gorgeous layered farmland and the sea beyond. The staff are amazing, kind and friendly and they really made us feel like home. The room was spotless clean every day and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our day, with a rich menu including homemade sweets and the possibility to order warm dishes from the open kitchen. The rooms were super quiet and the night sky an absolute delight. Will definitely return and 100% recommend.

The location was very good, it was close to the main square, bus stops and taxi station. The host was very kind and quick to respond to our questions. He gave us great advice on places to see and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend!
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The view was stunning. Very good locatiin near shops, restuarants, beach. The pool was great. Terrace on our apartmemt was large with dining table , sunbeds and loads of space. Marcella was a lovely host, extremely helpful. Really enjoyed out stay.
What scared us off in Minorca was the prices of the apartments. However we found this house, which is a normal house, I would even say a real house, not one of those places crafted for tourists, but a normal house that a friend of yours could lend it over. The town was perfect, small but with restaurants and supermarkets. probably the place where the locals are nicer... everywhere else seamed like they didn't like tourists.
Excellent location with a terrace looking out over the bay. Clean and comfortable with everything you needed. Marcella was a lovely host and even baked cakes which was very kind.
