The location was good, the room was clean. The room was very small but has an en suite bathroom with a decent shower, ample storage and air conditioning. The balcony is a reasonable size.
A note on the shower, I did see other comments complaining about the water pressure, in my room the pressure was excellent.
The rooms are not cleaned daily, in fact there was no cleaning during my visit. I've put this in the list of positives because I personally prefer less intrusion when I'm away.
It is a short walk to the old town, beaches and amenities.

Clean in good location with friendly staff.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Located right on the Playa finestrat the view was amazing, apartment well equipped and alba was great host answering any questions quickly.
Parking around the back was convenient
