This is a lovely, peaceful property in the heart of old Pirna. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast included. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Bus and train stations 15 minutes walk away, which make access to Saxony Switzerland and Dresden so easy. Both of them are about 20 minutes by train. Old Pirna is lovely and Pension Donatus was the perfect choice for sightseeing in the area. By the way, the car park at the Pension (£10 a night) is so cool. You drive the car into the garage, take all your luggage out, and it disappears to a car park underground 😄

The whole complex is perfectly designed and definitely in a very good style. The apartment was very comfortable with all the equipment needed (will not get into details but it was really like entering own house). The surrounding is marvellous, it's a place where you can really relax. Despite the fact there were all facilities for families with kids prepared, I have received additional email before arrival if I have any special requests.

It’s very clean, cozy and in great location to explore Saxonian Swiss area. We have stayed 5 nights. Pool was great - clean, comfortable outside rest and cooking area. We found all needed utensils for kitchen. Restaurant la Laterne in vicinity definitely worth visiting! Owner gave us good tips for locations around. Quiet location - great for sleep.
