Bianca is so welcoming and made us feel like if we were home. The family suite was so perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Bedroom very quiet, no noise whatsoever from the street, comfy beds and bedroom beatifully decorated ! Owners were unbelievably nice and hospitable. Very helpful and can tell you/ help you get anywhere. The property is out of town a good way however the city is very accessible with just a short walk to the sbahn. Room was lovely and clean. Can't stress enough how great the owners are.

I came to Munich to assist European Championships 2022. Steffen's Studio is very well situated close to Olympicstade. It is very clean, clear and "gemütlich" ( German-word for feeling of warmth, friendliness, and good cheer). Several lines of U-bahn connects directly this studio to city center and allow to enjoy bavarian beer in the evening and coming back with public transport. Steffen is very nice and welcome person, thank you.

It was very hot, no problem with cold weather. It was clean..check in was very easy and fast. Parking is excellent, near to flat. Its quite, lidl is close to flat. Also alianz arena is 15 minutes far... my recommendation.
