Cosy room was nicely decorated with an extremely comfortable bed. Ronny was reachable easily per phone, and the check-in went smoothly. We had a room with a view on the backside of the Reeperbahn. We had a very restful and quiet night. Price and quality top. It is difficult to find something better in Hamburg.

Everything was super clean and it was a nice and quiet place. There was some water and coffee for us when we arrived and even a little place to sit outside.

The family room is very large and clean. All looks new and works well with even a ventilor in the room which was not needed at the time we were there. The bathroom has an open shower with a little window on the side (covered) which I thought gave a really nice and light feeling when taking a shower or washing the kids. The hotel is new and has no signs on the outside. There’s no reception but a very friendly woman came to us and handed the key. She said she did not speak English well but she was very friendly and we understood all she tried to explain. We stayed the night to split the road trip from Denmark to Belgium (lots of road work and cues!) and it was perfect for that! We would recommand this hotel and probably will be staying here more often on our future trips to and from family visits.
