Close enough to the center yet far away from all the noise, new, nice and clean facilities, very easy check in process and Carlos is very attentive if you need anything. Great place to stay!

Ms. Gomez the owner was there to meet us and walk us to our room. she answered all our questions and was very helpful if recommending locations to eat at locally. I was very impressed for the price. We will stay there again when we return.

The house is in a good neighborhood and plenty of room for my family. Nice shower, hot water available. We walked to San Nicolás mall and we felt safe.

The owner (sorry I don't know his name!!) Went absolutely above and beyond to help me and sort things out for me when I hit a bit of a sticky situation with getting to the airport. I arrived late and had to leave early, he went completely out of his way to arrange some transport for me and help make sure I was able to get there - when you're a solo female traveller with bad Spanish, this is the kind of thing that can make or break your trip and I am so thankful for all the help I received here. Heads up, it's someone's home you're staying in, in a residential area. It can throw you a bit when arriving but it's fine, they will meet you outside the property and get you settled in. The room is good, comfy large bed and good bathroom/kitchen amenities. I don't know if there's a shop nearby but it feels a little out the way so maybe bring stuff with you if needed. It's closer to the airport than most places so a good location if you have an early flight.
