Staff! All of them are very helpful especially the reception. I have some old bank notes with me and they gave me very clear directions to the national bank change the banknote. Also they help to buy tickets for Lindt chocolate muaeum which already fully booked online.
Also the free coffee and tea in the lobby area make me feel comfortable.
The variety of food in the breakfast is good, though the breakfast room is a bit small.
All the staff are so helpful make me feel like home and make my 1 day Zurich visit very efficient. Hotel is just next to train station. Everywhere is so easy to access
